Winter's End

I had long wanted to do a proper orchestral piece, having tried and failed over the past few years. I played around with an old melody, eventually coming up with a new version and a variation. More difficult than I thought, as a waltz has certain rules for it to work, and my daughter, Helen, helped enormously in the construction. It took the best part of 3 months to get it right, but it was worth it.
